• Investigation of concentrated energy flux effect on condensed media and physical processes.
• Ultrasonic process intensification.
• Development and scientific principles for controlling of new inorganic material synthesis and structure by methods of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis.
• Research of regularities of processes of materials undergoing thermoelastic phase transformations for medical device manufacturing.
• Investigation of structural, thermomechanical and functional properties of smart materials based on shape memory alloys.

• Develop and design of ultrasonic devices for welding polymeric materials.
• Manufacturing of cutting tool materials: ultrasonic knives, wave guides, converters.
• Ultrasonic impact treatment for surface hardening of machine parts, details, tools, etc.
• Intensification of homogenization, dispersion, emulsification processes using ultrasonic vibrations.

• Apparatus for ultrasonic welding of polymer tube of blood transfusion system.
