MAIN RESEARCH AREAS:

• New composite and gradient materials undergoing phase transitions (ferroelectrics, magnetic materials).
  • Development of composite multiferroics with giant magnetoelectric coefficient.
• Investigation of dispersed ultrafine metal and dielectric powders by sonochemical and sono-electrochemical methods.
• Multifrequency laser sounding of gas mixtures for atmospheric diagnostics, atmospheric radiation studies, determination of energy characteristics of CO2 2 lasers.
• Investigation of electrically active defects in wide-band-gap materials.

PRODUCTION:

• Special-purpose equipment for repair of optical and laser systems of aviation.
• Equipment for testing and rejecting of active dielectrics and semiconductors.
• Multi-channel portable precision temperature gauges.
